Beatafrik is the marketplace platform itself. Users are anyone who creates an account or uses the site. Producers upload and sell beats and sound kits. Artists and Buyers discover and purchase licenses. Together, these activities make up our marketplace services.

Beatafrik provides a platform where producers can upload and sell beats, artists can discover and purchase music, users can access licensing options, and transactions are handled securely through the platform. Beatafrik is a marketplace — we do not claim ownership of uploaded music unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By uploading content as a producer, you confirm that:
Producers retain ownership of their music unless they explicitly sell exclusive rights to a buyer.
By purchasing a license, you agree to use it according to its selected terms, respect the producer's rights, and not redistribute or resell the beat without permission. Every purchase comes with a license agreement — follow it. Purchasing a beat does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to you.
Beatafrik offers several license types — Basic Lease, Premium Lease, Unlimited License, and Exclusive Rights — each with different permissions, restrictions, and usage rights. The license you purchase determines exactly how you can use the beat.
Prices are set by producers. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Beatafrik charges a marketplace commission on sales, and producers receive their earnings according to our payout policies. Because these are digital products, refunds may be limited once files have been delivered.
Producers must provide accurate payout information. Minimum payout thresholds may apply, payment schedules may vary, and any activity flagged as fraudulent may delay or prevent a payout until resolved.
Beats are delivered electronically. It's your responsibility as a buyer to review the license terms before purchasing. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of purchased files is strictly prohibited.
This applies to audio files, artwork, profiles, comments, and messages. You must not upload copyright-infringing material, illegal content, hate speech, harmful content, or misleading information.
Beatafrik owns its platform design, website technology, branding, logos, and software. Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
Users may not attempt fraud, hack the platform, copy Beatafrik's technology, manipulate sales or reviews, upload stolen content, or abuse other users.
Beatafrik may restrict or remove accounts for policy violations, fraud, copyright complaints, abuse, or security concerns.
If you believe your copyright has been violated by content on Beatafrik, contact us with details of the claim. We may remove disputed content while we investigate, and affected users may submit a counter-notice where applicable.
Beatafrik provides the marketplace platform. Users are responsible for their own transactions and uploaded content, and Beatafrik is not responsible for unauthorized activity carried out by individual users.
Beatafrik may use payment providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and other external integrations to operate the platform. These services have their own separate terms, which may apply to your use of them.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We'll notify users of any important changes.
